This series is properly screened in my country and Season 4 just ended today.
Wow! Derek and Meredith finally together! We've been waiting for 4 whole seasons for them to realize they are simply made for eachother and try to work out their problems together. In this episode it finally happens and it was about time! In the episode finale you have to admit that as hard as it have been watching them fail to make the relationship work over and over, they just had to go through all this for it to work. They wouldn't have been able to get this far and be able to assist one another if all of the previous misses hadn't happened. So now let's see what happens in Season 5! *fingers crossed*

All the other characters are seen working out their problems too, Alex finally admits he's human and overcomes his hostility towards Izzi for reminding him of that, Kallie admits she's sexually attracted to Erica and makes her move, Mark tries to grow up, Lexie helps George overcome his lack of self-confidence, he convinces the chief to take his exams again, Christina nails Erica and finally gets her chance (dunno if I'm alone in this but Erica has been totally horrible towards Christina the whole season, and that has made me dislike her a lot), Bailey gives up the clinic for her family and the Chief gets his wife back! Wow, what a heartbreaking episode! The final scene with Meredith and Derek brought tears to my eyes. A love this great that can overcome obstacles that way is moving, even if it's just television.

Lexie read the residents's files and told George that he failed his intern exam by 1 point, later he told to the chief he wants a second chance and Richard said he can make the test again
Callie was thinking in Erica all day
At the end, Richard came home and he told to Adele he wanna come home with her
meanwhile, Alex is crying and Izzie console him
Derek found Meredith in his land and she told him that she is going to trust him and the he shuts her up with a kiss
that was so cute and romantic
and I can't wait for the next season!

As many viewers may have stated, Grey's anatomy is back on track. The previous season was not as strong as the second, but season 4 really made up for it! This finale finally made things right between Meredith and Derek (though I doubt this will be the end of their drama ;)).
The Callie/Erica development was a bit of a surprise, but I'm looking forward to next season to see how it works out.
Richard and Adele got back together, which I think was absolutely adorable...
However, I'm curious to see where the Alex/Izzie relationship is going, because I didn't see that one coming.
I'm counting the days till the start of season 5 and I certainly hope it's worth the wait :).

I'm the first to admit when I'm wrong. I felt that this season GA wasn't GA anymore. The characters felt wrong. It wasn't the same anymore. In my opinion it was because Addison and Burke left. But this seasons final was GA as I learned to love it.

First of let's start by saying Christina is back and I missed her! She is back being a b**** and being in control, with the highlight of yelling to Hahn to let her work. She realizes that she is not defined by Burke and that from now on she is going to use all the skills that she learned. And Bailey finally realizes that she can't do it all, she has to give up something resulting in giving the clinic to Izzie. Which was a sweet moment, that we don't get from Bailey very often but she plays it so believable. Izzie has to confront Alex with his behavior regarding Ava (or Rebecca I don't know I will call her Ava). Ava is simply said just crazy she is confused thinks she is/was pregnant and eventually ends up cutting her wrists. Alex believes that he can help her. This has everything to do with his past. He tried to help his mother when he was young, and believes that now he will be able to because he is a man now. Izzie has to do one of the toughest things someone can do. Confront a friend like that. Telling your friend that he can't do it. But she ends up doing it because she knows it is for the best. Alex hates her for it at the beginning but later he understands that he just could not take care of Ava.
Then we have the whole Sloan, Callie and Hahn lesbian thing which I'm still processing. And of course Mer and Der. We see Meredith go into counseling. Trying to repair herself. She confessed that her mother tried to kill herself. She is convinced that her mother did a serious attempt but it ends up that Meredith sees that her mother was so love-sick that it was a last attempt to get Richard back. And Meredith in this moment realizes she had to go to Derek. That it's the only way to live un extraordinairy life. But as Meredith is still Meredith she doesn't go into the relationship without a fight.

The finale ends all happy and flowers with everyone kissing. Which was refreshing and a change for once. And for the first time I'm looking forward to the next episode.

I have always loved Grey's Anatomy! I loved seasons 1, 2 and 3. I really loved season 4 but i can honestly say that i think this was the best episode of the season and to be quite honest, it's my favorite episode ever made!!

The episode itself was very exciting with the final two clinical trial patients and the boy who was encased in cement. The last 1o minutes had me on the edge of my seat!!
In that second last scene where Derek was looking for Meredith, and all of the characters were kissing, i was so shocked. It really did seem like everything worked out. Although i felt terrible for Alex.
My favorite moment in the show was when Derek returned home to find Meredith outside his trailer. That final scene was unbelievable! It was so romantic, so sweet and very unforgettable! I was surprised when Derek pulled away but at the same time it deepened my liking of the character. He wanted to end his relationship with Rose before he let himself get carried away with Meredith. This showed that he has a conscience, something that some of the characters seem to be lacking sometimes. I don't think it took away from the scene, it actually added to it! When Derek told Meredith to wait for him and when he smiled as he walked away, you could see the love he has for her.
I'll be really curious to see what happens in Season %. Especially with Meredith & Derek, Callie & Hahn and Alex.
Overall this was an absolutely brilliant episode!!
