Penhall, as his McQuaid persona says he perfected a "full wedgie removal" in summer camp in July 1975. Penhall exclaims this loud enough for anyone to hear, however that would have made his alter ego a privileged, unlikely 4-5 year old bully, thirteen years earlier.
