How did Logan know about Evelyn recording a conversation between himself and Henderson? If he knew about it earlier, wouldn't he have tried to either get the recording, or to erase it? (edit) How did Evelyn Martin get the opportunity to get the recording of Logan and Henderson into the safe-deposit box if it was recorded earlier that day? (edit) When the warrant for Jack's arrest flashes on Chloe's computer screen, it lists his height as 5' 10". However, in Season One, the APB put out by the Secret Service pegs him at 5' 11". (edit)
