Huh! Well, I hope you mean Jack Bauer got arrested because I highly doubt Kiefer Sutherland would pull a gun.

What's the point of saying "Spoiler Alert" if you're just going to put the spoiler in the thread title anyway? Don't put spoilers in the title!

He probably had the chance to stop Tony but let him go. The fbi found out and think he's in on it too. They arrest him(for like the 100th time) and take him in for questioning. He knows Tony is working undercover but can't tell them that. So he stalls for a bit, escapes(again), calls Chloe(again), her and Bill help him find Tony. He finds Tony and the two of them take down whatever Tony is trying to take downt o begin with.
