Grace: Do you give in to all your impulses?
Frank: Every chance I get. (edit) Eastman: Who are you?
Frank: I'm Batman! And you're in a whole heap of trouble, mister! (edit) Frank: Don't talk to me like I'm one of your patients.
Weiman: You are one of my patients. (edit) Frank: Hi. I'm Frank Parker – I need to have my head examined. (edit) Frank: I never met a shrink who wasn't crazier then me.
Olga: Ummm . . . I have a degree in psychology.
Frank: Yeah, that's the part that's suspect. (edit)

Cigarette Pack: Morleys
The shrink just after a session with the president pulls out an empty pack of Morley Cigarettes - a reference to 'The X-Files". On X-Files, Morley Cigarettes were a fictional brand used by the Cigarette-Smoking Man. (edit) Post Office: Stamp on the wall
When he's at the post office, you can see a poster of the 1998 Alfred Hitchcock stamp on the wall in the background. Presumably it's an in-joke since Hitchcock directed "Psycho", and the general theme of the episode is Frank being nuts and running with a psychologist. (edit)
