Hmm. That's hard. There are a lot of great quotes from this show. Some funny, some heartwarmimg, some cute, etc. I'll have to think about it.

I like the quotes that Eric and Annie have given the children in their parenting. One that sticks out that we WILL DEFININTLY use is "There are so many things wrong with that statement I don't even know where to begin."

I like the one that Eric says often. I don't know exactly how it goes, but he says stuff about "If you're going to play 'What If' then ask yourself, what if [something positive] happens." That is so true.

Eric and Lucy both said something similar about casual sex that I can appreciate. Lucy said when talking to Rozanne about her honeymoon "I don't know how people can have casual sex. It seems to me that there's nothing casual about it." Eric said the Simon when confronting him about having sex, "You can't have casual sex because you don't have a casual relationship with Jesus Christ." Really powerful stuff!

Yes, also when Matt was talking to Cheryl, he said something similar to Lucy. Martin also said it in season 9.

I like this one. "I can forgive you.. If you can forgive me. I know it's a lot to ask, but it's everything;forgiveness." That's said by Sandy to Martin when Martin finally decides to see Sandy and his newborn son. That's by far my favorite quote. I'll never forget it.

Simon and Ruthie's dialogue together was always funny. When they always hung out (1-4 seasons) they brought out the best in each other's acting. David Gallagher and Mackenzie Rosman were great when they were younger.

Totally agree. I love those moments with Lucy and Mary fighting. And Simon pretends that he's man, and when Ruthie wanted to be one of the guys. . . Oh I miss 7th Heaven so much.

Who can forget, "It's going to be fine. It's all going to be fine. It just has to be." Kind of sums up the show, and my feelings toward not having it anymore.

Okay, well this is NOT my TOP FAVORITE, but it is one of my favorites - especially because Mary is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE character (always has been, and always will be!)

This quote is from the episode/scene where Matt is on a ride-along with Sgt. Michaels, and Mary is out with Michael Towner (the guy who hit her with his car at the end of Season 1)

Anyway, Mary gets caught (by Matt, if I remember correctly) kissing Michael Towner inside Sgt. Michael's police car, and she and Matt start fighting, and Mary says:

"Is there a law against beating up your brother? Cause I swear, I'll get arrested. I WILL!!"

Another favorite in that episode is a conversation between Matt, Mary and Sgt. Michaels and it goes like this:

Mary: You're a freak you know that. A total freak, freak, freak!
Matt: Yeah, your freak brother. And that entitles me to protect you anyway I see fit.
Mary: No it doesn't. It doesn't entitle you to protect anything. And who needs your protection?
Matt: Who, who!? You that's who. You're out with a guy 2 years older than you and you're making out with him in a cop car!
Mary: There is no law against making out! (Mary turns to Sgt. Michaels) Is there, Sgt. Michaels? Is there a law against making out?!
Sgt. Michaels: I'm going to let you two settle this.
Mary: Yeah I know how to settle this. I'm gonna open a can of whup-ass!
Matt: Yeah, you do that.
Mary: I will! I will!

I've always liked the exchange between Ruthie and Sandy on Thanksgiving in Season 10.

Ruthie: I think we're both kind of angry and heartbroken.

Sandy: Just be glad you're not angry and heartbroken and pregnant.

My favorite is from season eight's 'An Early Fall' between Annie, Sam and David

Sam/David: Mommy, what are we having for dinner tonight?

Annie: Trouble. A big, heaping, bowl of trouble, with a Mary on top.

That's just one of my favs, there are so many I can't think of.

My favorite was from the episode "Regret To Inform" between Martin, Sam and David.
Sam: "We just wanted to say good-night Martin."
David: "And good-bye. We'll miss you."
Martin: "Did you hear everything?"
Sam: "Yes."
David: "Good luck with you teacher."
Sam: 'We like our teacher too."
David: "But who never leave mom and dad to date her."
Martin: (Sighs.) "I'm not dating her. Bye guys."

Yea, I loved that one too. That whole scene was really great. I thought that episode was one of the best of Season 10, as there was a payoff on so much stuff that they'd been building all year.
