In need of a tutor to boost her grades, Bridget hires Jeremy, hoping to make her chance of getting into a good college better. However, after her boyfriend gets sick, Bridget tries to persuade Jeremy to take his place. Meanwhile, Kyle treats Kerry to an very un-corporate Valentine's Day celebration. Rory gets pointers about the perfect gift for his new girlfriend Missy. Jim sends C.J. on an errand to get a "special drug" in Canada, which ends up just being Asprin.

Kerry: So you don’t think that unattractive people fall in love?
Bridget: Kerry, that’s not love. That’s company. (edit) C.J.: I remember in high school I needed a duffle bag to carry all the cards I got. Oh you don’t believe me. I may not be much now as a result of some hard and yes questionable living. But back in high school I was buff, young, and tan. Good looking. I was the man.
Kerry: Oh yeah, show us your yearbook.
C.J.: The man was sick on picture day. (edit) Jeremy: You're not as dumb as you look.
Bridget: Hey, you're not as dull as you look.
Jeremy: Well, look at you. A grammatically correct insult. (edit) Bridget: My mom's all worried about college, but look at me. You know I'm going to marry well.
