    Awesome once again! hide show

Adrianna admits to owning the drugs, thus clearing Naomi's name. She also talks to Navid about her situation, causing the two to form a surprising connection; Adrianna learns that Navid has had feelings for her since junior high and has paid for her stint in rehab. Ethan asks Annie to homecoming and Naomi's feelings of jealousy are incited despite meeting Ozzie at the dance and asks Annie to not see Ethan if they want to remain friends. Another, awesome, awesome epsiode from 90210! I love this programme! It is so easy and enjoyable to watch, I love it. I love all the characters and I love the storyline, like I always say. I can't wait to watch more episodes.

We learn the fate of Adrianna hide show

In this episode of 90210, the following happens. The next day at school Naomi is called into the principal's office, where we learn that Adrianna almost died from a drugs overdose. We also learn that Adrianna admits that the drugs Naomi flushed were hers. So the school agree they will handle her punishment in house (within the school). We then see Adrianna with her mother, being dropped off at a rehab centre. Soon Adrianna gets a visitor and it turns out to be Navid, who wants to do a story on her for the school paper, so that she can tell her side of things. During his next visit, she begs Navid to get Naomi to go and visit her, so that she can apologise.
So the big school homecoming dance comes round, and Naomi and Annie and some other girlfriends, all decide to get ready and to go together to Homecoming. Harry and Debbie end up going to the Homecoming as chaperons. Navid goes to see Naomi but can't convince her to go with him to see Adrianna. Then at the Homecoming dance, Adrianna turns up to see Naomi. Debbie tells Harry that they need to tell their kids about his son with Tracey. Soon the new girl at school, Kimberley, is found buying drugs from another pupil.
She is taken to Harry and soon she has to admit that she is an undercover cop. Naomi tells Annie that she doesn't think she can be friends with her whilst she is going out with Ethan. At the dance, Debbie tells Tracey to stay away from Harry or else she will punch her teeth out. Adrianna gets in a car with a drug dealer, but Navid turns up and pull her out of the car. He soon tells her that he has feelings for her. And she falls into his arms. Navid soon admits to her, after she asks him, that he paid for her to go to the rehab centre. Naomi sees this and her and Adrianna make up. At the end of the episode, Annie and Ethan have their first proper kiss. Ryan agrees to keep Kimberley's secret and then they kiss, after he learns that she is 25. Then Naomi and Navid take Adrianna back to rehab.

Season 1, Episode 8. hide show

Adrianna makes a surprising connection with Navid, who helps her through her situation. Meanwhile, Annie and Ethan finally take their rapidly growing romance to a new level during the school's homecoming dance, sparking jealousy in ex-girlfriend Naomi. I loved when Ethan wanted to ask Annie to Homecoming but didn't because of Naomi and they devised a plan to arrive separately. Haha, I love Shenae. She was amazing on Degrassi and now she is amazing in this. I love her, and she is very talented. =]

It's time for the homecoming dance at West Beverly High School. hide show

Let me just start off by saying that I absolutely loved this episode. This episode was definitely the best episode yet of 90210. All of the story lines were great, especially Naomi's, Adrianna's and Silver's. It was really great seeing Annie and Naomi slowly become friends for real. However, I didn't really like that Naomi told Annie that they couldn't be friends if she dated Ethan. Naomi is definitely my most favorite character now followed by Silver, Navid and Ethan respectively. I think that Naomi is so intriguing, and I thought that the whole thing with Ozzie was really great. I really hope that we see more of Ozzie and Naomi together in the future. As for Adrianna's story line, I also loved that story line because I find Adrianna so fascinating, and I thought that it was great seeing a lot of Navid and having him heavily involved with Adrianna's story line. I was really shocked when Navid told Adrianna that he liked her and that he missed their friendship with each other followed by Navid kissing Adrianna. I totally didn't see that coming since we didn't know that they had previously been good friends, but I was surprised in a good way. The whole story line with Dixon and Silver was really great. I love them together. I loved the part where Debbie confronts Tracy about the way she's been acting with Harry. The scene with Debbie and Tabitha was really nice too. All in all, I thought that this was an extremely well written, well acted and well made episode of 90210. This is definitely my favorite episode of 90210 at the moment, and I can't wait to see the next episode of 90210.

    3.9 Bad

    Really boring episode. hide show

This is clearly not Beverly Hills, 90210. There just isn't any real drama here. From the awful punch (reminiscent of Kevin Smith's first fight scene in Clerks) to the feuding wives, to the whole Adriana this is just too much fluff and not enough things to care about.

Shenae Grimes is a decent actress and she's fairly attractive as well, but she's just not given any material to really work with. When she was stuck between a rock and a hard place with Ethan wanting to date her and Naomi not wanting her to see him they didn't play up on that at all. It didn't seem like a struggle at all for her character.

Too much time was dedicated to Adrianna here. I'm sick of seeing her mope around whining. She and Ryan are just completely terrible and really bring down the whole show.

Tabitha had some funny lines and I wish she'd get more time, but I can understand why CW might not want that being they're trying to target 18-34 females.

I don't know 90210 seemed to be gaining momentum, but after this I'm just not so sure.

  • Debbie: Tracy, I want to be very clear on something.
    Tracy: Yes?
Debbie: Just because you're on the parent's board and I'm the principal's wife...
Tracy: You know what, Debbie, I actually was gonna go talk to some people over there. So would you mind just getting to the point?
Debbie: If you ever kiss my husband again, or touch him, or look at him in the wrong way, you and I will have a very big problem.
Tracy: Gosh, I don't know how I would get through the day knowing that you were angry at me.
Debbie: Let me define "big problem", just so we're clear. I will hit you in the face so hard I will knock your teeth out. You enjoy the rest of your evening, Tracy. I know I will. []
