This season a 1916 two-family house is which is owned by two single women, is renovated on a modest budget. Liz Bagley lives in the first floor apartment and her aunt, Chris Flynne, lives in the upstairs apartment. This proposal was chosen via the internet. The house needs everything from new wiring, plumbing, and insulation, to a new stylished kitchen and bathroom. Kevin O'Connor and master carpenter Norm Abram discover that the house also needs a new roof and furnance.
