When Ted Koppel leaves Nightline tonight, it will mark the end of an era for television news. Give us your opinions of what it means.
Once-popular anchor is out in favor of rising star Anderson Cooper.
News Night with Aaron Brown has turned me into a news junkie. I first turned to CNN on 9/11/01 and, after seeing how Aaron Brown handled himself during those difficult hours, days, weeks, I became a loyal fan. Most news anchors are of one extreme or the other -- either they are so personally removed from the news that it may as well be a machine reading to the viewer or they let their egos and opinions dominate the news completely. Aaron adds just enough of his personal feelings without making the broadcast about him rather than about world news. Keep going Mr. Brown; you are, in my opinion, among the best!
