  • Due to the way The Beatles property is held, there is no way in hell anyone could get their hands on recordings that have never been heard in over 20 years without sparking interest from any of the living members for property rights. In other words, the idea of even owning a tape without paying them for it is unheard of unless you sat on it for the rest of your life, not letting anyone hear it but yourself. edit »
  • Saunders prides this as her favorite episode to date, after nailing down one of the show's top 5 guests they've always wanted... Elton John. edit »
  • This was the first episode where they could get away with "flipping the UK bird" on BBC television. For those who don't know, its the backward peace sign, or flipping the bird with the index held up. edit »
  • This was one of the few shows that made fun of the Beatles without the consent of any of the living members. Which at the time was just Ringo and McCartney. edit »
  • Eddie: Don't go! Don't go!
Elton: Get off my Yohji! Get of my Yohji! Get off me!
Eddie: Last season's Yohji! edit »
  • Patsy (about her movie career): And they've become quite cult apparently, you know, among the connoisseurs of the genre, of course.
Eddie: Yeah? Which ones darling, which ones?
Patsy: Darling, well, um, there's the Chatterley series, which is "Old Lady Chatterley", "Young Lady Chatterley" and "Lady Chatterley Doesn't Live Here Anymore".
    Eddie: Oh yes, very good.
Patsy: And then there's the Bond collection.
    Saffy: Bond collection?
Patsy: Yes. "The Man With Thunderballs".
    Eddie: That was very good.
Patsy: "Boldfinger", and I played Honey Lovetrap. And, um, Anouska was Titty Bighorn and Gayle Hunnicutt was...
Eddie: Gayle Hunnicutt, I should imagine, wasn't it!
    Patsy: Yeah.
    Saffy: Porn movies?
Patsy: They weren't porn movies. They were just cheeky fun! edit »
  • Patsy: Oh, darling, you didn't have a favourite Stone, you had 'em all. Do you know, darling, after a Stones concert, I tell you, it was like... Eddie, Eddie, you know those little tiny bricks and they have little bumps on them like that, you know, and sometimes they've got little windows on the bricks?
    Eddie: Lego, darling.
Patsy: Yeah! It was like a Legoland of sex after those concerts, darling. Everybody was connected to someone else by something. edit »
  • Elton: I think I knew you when you were a man.
Patsy: And I knew you when you had hair.
Elton: I've always had hair you bitch! edit »
  • Abbey Road: Aside from being the name of a Beatles record, Abbey Road is a famous London studio location in St John's Wood where many British artists got their start at. edit »
  • n/a: Barbarella
The film Booberella that Patsy was in makes fun the of classic Jane Fonda movie Barbarella. edit »
