Since I work on the show, I thought I would give some information.
This [sadly] will be the final season. This season will only have 18 episodes. It will not begin airing until 2007. We have completed filming for than half the season, and we will be completely done in January/February of next year. |

I'm not suprised it's the last season because it is coming on mid season and I heard Courtney was wanting to leave. Sad to here well hope we get to see Dana have her baby.

Atleast the show will get a proper finale and 145 episodes is very good for a show it go out on. But is there any specific return date or is it just speculated that the show will return early next year? |

I believe ABC will begin airing new episodes in mid-January just after the holiday season.

But, since you know that it is ending, you can send it out properly, right? Most shows just get cancelled, but at least you are ending it.

I've liked the show from the beginning and they did a smart thing starting with kids so young that they could grow up and not get awkward. I was hoping it would stay on the air so that when the girls hit their teens that Jim would have to deal with their dating along the lines of Eight Simple Rules. The ratings were not that bad for this show but as always the networks are ran by imbeciles that do not care about quality. I hope you end the show with Jim hitting the lottery and Andy marrying a hot chick, bring in Pamela Anderson or Jessica Alba.

If you don't know, the season premiere is January 3, 2007, on ABC. Make sure you support the show!

Make sure you watch tonight on ABC at 8 & 830 eastern for TWO new episodes (each Wednesday in January) then it goes to its regular time slot of 830 eastern!

I really liked the new episodes. I'm sad that its going to be over soon, but glad that at least it SHOULD have a proper sendoff. It would be funny if this show made a comeback in 5 or 6 years when Jim's kids are teens, which would make for a whole different feel.

since kimberly williams is really pregnant in real life and pregnant through out the show, will her pregnancy last through out the whole season until she actually gives birth because i think its kinda hard to hide a 9 month pregnant belly

Best for it to end soon. The episodes this season have been OK, but all I would consider "below average" when compared against previous seasons, and it would probably fade out if it stayed on much longer. The Dick Van Dyke show set a standard of "going off on top". You know when you turn on a Dick Van Dyke episode, that it's a quality episode, you don't have to ask yourself "what season was this" when deciding what to expect. Other shows stayed on longer, but can't say that. |

People how silly can you be, there is no legitimate proof that this man works on the show. All you people are doing is most likely supporting the life or lack thereof of a person who thinks it's fun to mess with the minds of simpleminded people like you.
