Adam 12 was a tv show of the late 1960s and 1970s about two Los Angeles police officers.

I watched 1-Adam-12 as a kid and really enjoyed the show. This show is a spin-off of Dragnet where 1-Adam-12 appeared in at least one (maybe more) episodes. It's been awhile to remember specifics. The actor who played Friday in Dragnet produced / created 1-Adam-12. Basically, the series follows two police officers through their daily lives. Another series - EMERGENCY - followed a group of fire fighters. I think the same production company did both shows. It was interesting to follow their activities and also educational (for a kid) to see what they did and how they did it. |

Ermegency and Adam-12 had a odd relationship. On one hand their actually was a cross-over episode, on the othe rhand their was an episode where the fireman were watching Adam-12 on TV

There are no plans to release season 2 of Adam-12 due to low sales of season one.
