    Who Framed Jimmy / Flippy

    Who Framed Jimmy?: Jimmy is framed for a break in at the Retroville Bank. When Carl and Sheen attempt to free him from his incarceration, the three boys end up on a chain gang together. In order to get to town and prove Jimmy’s innocence, the boys must race through the backwoods of Retroville chained to each other with the warden Bueford Lee Stormshuckle in hot pursuit. Flippy: Hugh Neutron is taking up ventriloquism again, and he’s making plans to show off his new skills, and his new puppet Flippy at Lindbergh Elementary’s career day. Jimmy is convinced that his father’s poor puppet show will only lead to total embarrassment, so he implants a chip into Flippy that will draw comedy directly from Hugh’s brain. When Hugh finally performs for everyone, his puppet acts like it has a mind of its own. But Jimmy soon learns that this was no act - Flippy has actually come to life, and he’s absorbing every ounce of Hugh’s brain power.

    Upon encountering the Van Patten rays, Jimmy, Carl, Sheen, Cindy, and Libby have all obtained superheroes' abilities. Sheen can run really fast, Cindy has super strength, Libby can become invisible, and Carl can burp real loud. But only Jimmy's hair has become green, and the others laugh at him because he has no superpowers. Together, the group becomes the N Men, but they kick Jimmy out because he has no powers. Soon, Jimmy finds out that the military is out for them, and Jimmy needs to find a cure to get rid of the superpowers, but he can't find any, and he becomes aggravated, mutating into a freakisly large boulder guy who is out to defeat the others. Will he?

He soon finds, however, that college is a completely different world from elementary school ... a much more challenging one. And when it comes to jealousy of Jimmy's knowledge, Cindy (left behind at Lindbergh Elementary) doesn't hold a candle to new classmate Seymour. When Seymour tries to get Jimmy expelled, he fails and ends up getting expelled himself.
