Weird how everyone got those "Poison Pen" letters but took them so seriously. Bunch silliness if you took them seriously which I wouldn't have if it was me.

I know what you mean about one of the least good Christie mysteries, but I still thought it was one of the better dramatisations, based on the stuff that's come before

I watched it today at croatian tv and completely agree with you. It's my favourite Marple's novel and I am expecting more than Sleeping murder which was awful. I don't like so many changes from original Christie's novels butt it seems that new dramatisations are full of "innovations" and unfortunately, we must accept them.

I'm sorry but I really disagree with all of you. I thought it was a really great episode, with a real sense of artistic direction. The whole casting brought something new to this piece.

Of course, this story is not the most intriguing one, but you have to know it was one of Christie's really own favorite, because of the love interest which is developed in it. When I saw it I thought of some Danny Boyle's work.
