Agnes Moorehead was one of the all-time great character actresses.

She became a tv icon with her wicked turn as Endora on BeWitched but was famous before that with her spectacular films such as The Magnificent Ambersons and Johnny Belinda.

Incredibly versatile as an actress, she will probably 100 years from now still be revered as the mother of all mothers of television because of her famous role on BeWitched.
