Iago said Destain is the ruler of the black sand. This guy is bad news, even Jafar steered clear of him. (edit) It was said Mozenrath mentioned about Jafar but used the name Destaine, that's because the two were different people so it's unlikely Moze and Jafar were ever related. (And it was Iago who actually mentioned Jafar, not Mozenrath.) (edit) In this episode, Monzenrath mentioned about Jafar in this episode, but with the name Destain (who was the ruler of the Black Sand), was it true that Jafar was related to Mozenrath. This is an obvious reference to The Wizard Of Oz which came out in 1932, in which Dorothy says "I have a feeling we're not in Kansas anymore, toto!" This movie has been referenced in many, many shows and other movies, and this quote is the most popular.
