  • This episode was suppose to conclude the next season leaving a cliffhanger but it never worked that way. NBC decided to cancel the show. In the last scene, ALF then gets picked up by the alien task force and what happens next you say? Well in Feb. 1996 a TV-movie was made (oddly for ABC instead of NBC) to show that ALF wasn't hurt. Also none of the original supporting cast was in this reunion movie. According to the TV-movie, the Tanners were taken away by the Alien Task Force and put into the Witness Protection Program. edit »

    even through project: alf aired in 1996, after the season 4 cliffhanger series finale, alf kind of went of the radar for 15 years, until the release of the alf seasons on dvd. this episode set up an execellent 5th season but NBC makes alot of bad decision ...Continue »
