(Peyton visits Anna in her holding cell)
Peyton: Mrs. Espinosa, my name’s Kelly Peyton, I work an independent organization interested in obtaining your services.
Anna: Get out of my cell.
Peyton: If I’m interrupting your busy schedule of invasive interrogation, I do apologize… this facility you’re in doesn’t exist on Government records… you’re being held here without charge which means you don’t exist anymore, I can’t imagine that thought’s appealing to you. My employer will secure your immediate release, in exchange you will undertake a long term deep cover operation for us.
Anna: I told you to get out of my cell… which means if you don’t take your skinny little ass down that hall, you won’t exist any more either. (edit)
(Will tells Sydney he’s getting married)
Sydney: How can you be marrying a girl I haven’t even met?
Will: Well… you know, I think Government mandated isolation might have something to do with it. (edit)
Will: What!?- What does that mean?
Marshall: Well it means they put a bomb in your head.
Will: What!?
Marshall: I know- I know- But there’s good news, the charge is small so the blast will be localized.
Will: Wait- Wait- What so it might not kill me?
Marshall: No it’ll definitely kill you, there just won’t be any collateral damage. (edit)
(Sydney and Will go on a mission to deactivate the bomb in Will's head)
Will: Ahh... Syd my girl, you know she’s waiting for me back home… so depending on how this goes down if I was a-
Sydney: No Will, look at me, you’re going to make it through this, I’m not going to let anything happen to you.
Will: I know that.
Sydney: Ok.
Will: What do you think I was asking you?
Sydney: I was just being supportive, in case you might-
Will: Die!?
Sydney: Not important, what we’re you asking?
Will: I was asking if you could be my best man. (edit)
Will: Syd don’t worry about me.
Sydney: I can’t help it… I’m sorry you had to go through all this.
Will: If you apologize one more time I’m going to slap you okay? Look it’s none of your fault.
Sydney: It is, actually, the people I love, sooner or later something horrible happens to them, it happens over and over, they’re kidnapped, they’re tortured… they’re killed… because they know me, I fell like I’m this plague and everyone I love is infected… I just- I just want you to know how sorry I am for all of it.
Will: Yes, I’ve been tortured and kidnapped… several times and probably none of that would have happened if I hadn’t helped a clumsy girl pick up her books freshman year Bio class, but… it’s not your fault, you can’t blame yourself for all the evils of the world, I mean since I met you, I’ve seen a lot of horrible things, there are people out there who are capable of more hatred and cruelty than I thought possible, but I still sleep at night, you know why? Because I know you’re out there fighting against them. Sydney you save the world everyday and you never ask for anything in return. I think I speak for everybody who loves you, and I say thank you for watching over us.
Sydney: If you’d never met me, you’d have a regular life.
Will: Who wants it?

Trivia

Number 47: The room Will is taken from is room 147. No. 47. (edit)
Sydney's daughter's name is Isabelle. (edit)
The entire 'train' set, as well as the exterior CGI shots of the train were recycled from the fourth season opener, "Authorised Personnel Only (Part 1)". (edit)
More Dutch being spoken in Moscow. In the scene where Rachel and Thomas fight in the club he says to her something like "Waar ben jij mee bezig, jij vieze slet!" ("What do you think you're doing, you dirty tramp!") and Rachel answers "Hou je fikken thuis, Hendrik, je bent mijn baas niet!" which means "Keep your dirty hands off, Hendrik, you're not my boss!". (edit)
When Rebecca's hand is scanned when entering the club during the mission to Moscow, we can clearly see Dutch writing on the monitor (like Het Gewicht 125 Amerikaanse ponden). The guy at the entrance to the club says 'prima' which is Dutch for 'Everything ok'.

It would be absolutely nonsense to assume that Dutch ID verifications and a Dutch speaking door guardian could be found at a club entrance in Moscow. So I think the scene was originally shot to take place in Amsterdam and then they later changed it to Moscow (but did not reshoot the scene). (edit)

Angel Connection: Amy Acker (Kelly Peyton) and Gina Torres (Anna Espinosa) acted together before in the last third of the fourth season of the show Angel (they played Fred and Jasmine respectively). Drew Goddard (writer of the episode) was one of the main writes of Angel. (edit)
During his captivity Will had a small explosive device implanted in his head that can be triggered to detonate at any time. This was also done twice in the movie "Mission Impossible III", directed by Alias series creator J.J. Abrams. (edit)
Title: "There's Only One Sydney Bristow"

On the first season finale of One Tree Hill, Karen Roe(Moira Kelly) tells her son Lucas(Chad Michael Murray) "There's only One Tree Hill", when he tells her he is leaving Tree Hill to go to Charleston with his uncle. (edit)

Great
There's Only One Sydney Bristow
"A very special episode"
The 100th episode of 'Alias' is finally upon us! And while it may not be as good as episode 99 (you just can't beat Lena Olin) it certainly did a good job of keeping me entertained for the hour.
