- CPR should be performed at the ratio of 30 compressions to 2 breaths. Marshal obviously doesn't know CPR because whatever he was doing it wasn't 30:2. edit »
- Number 47: The locker containing the hard drive is # 471. edit »
- Number 47: The hard drive is found in locker 80237. 8 + 0 + 2 + 37 = 47. edit »
- Goof: It's unlikely Sydney would live buried under dirt long enough for anyone to fly from America to Cuba.
The coffin would normally collapsed before long, she'd have about an hour or two of air at the most. There is no where the amount of time that a Motorola Razr (the phone she was using) would run out of battery life while not in use, or even when in use. edit » - Even though Sydney is in danger, Marshall takes the time to dig a perfectly rectangular hole with smoothed out sides... edit »
- Music from this episode includes:
"Ran Kan Kan" by The Mambo Kings
"Baile De Los Ninos" by Johnny Polanco edit » - The so called Danish in this episode is very poor. None of the actors who speak Danish are real danes. Ulrich Thomsen who played the German 'Ulrich' in the episode is Danish, however.
Also, judging from the street signs, the opening scene clearly doesn't take place in Copenhagen, Denmark. edit » - This episode received the 2005 Emmy nomination for Outstanding Costumes For A Series. edit »
- This episode averaged 11.08 million viewers. edit »
- Sydney's (failed) fate at the hands of her enemies in this episode is strikingly similar to The Bride's (Uma Thurman) failed fate at the hands of her enemy Budd (Michael Madsen) in 'Kill Bill vol. 2' directed by Quentin Tarantino. Both kickass women were burried alive in a coffin in the hopes they'd die a slow death, and both escaped.
Tarantino also directed the two-part Crime Scene Investigation episode "Grave Danger", which aired just two months after this episode. edit »
- Sydney: Do you know how hard it is to maintain cover while dancing the salsa in three-inch heels?
Vaughn: Actually, I do, but let's not go into that. edit » - Marshall: Oh god. It's oozing. It's oozing everywhere, sir.
Jack: (via cell phone) That means you've ruptured the macula. The eye is useless, abandon it. Approach the second one gently, like a soft-boiled egg. You're going to need a digging instrument to assist with this.
Marshall: I've got a spork.
Jack: What's a spork?
Marshall: It's like a half-spoon... half-fork, will that do?
Jack: That will work. edit » - Marshall: Syd.. This guy, he buried you alive.
Sydney: Yeah, but he cheated. He hit me with a car first. edit » - Marshall: (singing a lullaby) Hush, little Mitchell, don't you cry. Daddy's gonna teach you 'bout lanthanide. Cerium's first, yes it leads the way. Hexagonal structure and it's iron gray. Praseodymium is next and it looks like brass... edit »
