Stuart: Oh, sure. (Walking toward Hal.) Do you have insurance?(Hal looks up, confused.) Just kidding. OK, open. (take pen light and looks in Hal's throat.)
Hal: Ahhhhh.
Stuart: and close. Go home.
Hal: Why?
Stuart: Well you got some pretty heavy inflamation there. It's nothing serious, but I'd talk to your doctor about it.
Hal: Can I sing?

Ruthie starts dating a guy in a giant rat mascot costume and Margaret and Gloria ask if she could set them up with Ben and Willard. This is a reference to the movies of the same names where a man befriends rats that end up doing his bidding.
