Edith prepares for Stephanie's surprise 10th birthday party but Stephanie has pains on the eve of the occasion. So Edith calls in the doctor and tells them that Stephanie needs surgery but Archie disapproves Dr. Shapiro doing the surgery and wants his old man doing the operation and has a fight about him and Gloria in the past but Edith and Dr. Shapiro talk in private and leaves. Edith and Archie rush Stephanie to the hospital for an emergency appendectomy on the eve of her 10th birthday. Luckily, the surgery goes perfectly, so they celebrate both Stephanie's birthday and the success of her operation. Add a recap »
