I'd have to say Larry. I know that Billy is her soulmate, but she could have ended up married to Larry if Robert Downey Jr. hadn't ended the way he did.

With Billy everything was too complicated. I wish the series ended with Ally finally finding someone she could spend the rest of her life with... and I mean a man, not a daughter. Wheather it was Larry or someone else.

- I really shouldn't vote since I've never seen the Larry/Ally eppis. I did love Ally/Billy, since I watched the eppis up until the Spring of 2001 (S3?).
