I loved Raleigh...he was so funny in a very suttle way!

I too was a fan of Deacon Raleigh. The 2 sisters were funny as well.

Thelma was AWESOME up until she got married. Then the final season she started acting really dopey. Ernest J. Frye is also SUPREME! The sisters were pretty good. Why did Cassieta not show up the final season? Rolly was so so. I HATED the episodes with him and Leola. The 2 parter where they got married was a real turnoff.

I enjoyed all the characters, and, yeah, Deacon Rolly was the best. He's the same sweet old guy that goes to my church or to yours.
