It is revealed that Pandarus is a descendent of Pandora, of the Greek myth "Pandora's Box". (edit) This was the thirteenth episode of season two to air in the UK, on 23rd January, 2007. Spud: Hmm...Pandora, Pandarus. Pandora, Pandarus...
Jake: Spud, you think they're related?
Spud: No actually I was thinking those would make good names for a brother, sister team of crime fighting pandas. But related...yeah I'll go with that. (edit) Eli Pandarus: Now, all I need for you is to finish the code, and I'll finally have army to take the magical world!!! HA HA HA HA HA HA HAHA!!!
Spud: Really good evil laugh dude. Ooh, chills. But what makes you think I'm gonna help you! MUHHAHAHAHA!! My laugh of evil needs a little work. (edit)

Apparently, Spud's dad is really strict. (edit) Goof: When Trixie takes off her belt to use to swing to where Pandarus is her belt reappears on her pants while she's swinging with her belt. (edit)

The way Jake and Trixie entered Pandarus' fortress is the same way as The Scarecrow, Tinman, and Lion did in "The Wizard of Oz". Also, Jake's tail was sticking out of his disguise, just like the Lion's. (edit) The title of this episode is an obvious reference to the 2001 movie, "A Beautiful Mind" (starring Russell Crowe), which was also an adaptation of a 1998 biography of the same name. (edit)
