The first time Jake dates anyone other than Rose since "Dragon Breath", when he went out with Jasmine.
(edit)
Second (although brief) appearance of Nigel Thrall from "Supernatural Tuesday."
(edit)
Vicky: See yah around school. If you don't want to...you wave first so I know, okay?
(edit)
Haley: (Reads Jake fortune>) Today is love's new dawn. Good thing you used extra hair gel this morning. Maybe if you head-butt her, she'll stick to you long enough to see past the obvious flaws.
(edit)
Jake: Then could you just trust me? I have a good feeling about this one...
Fu: So do we trust the kid or what!?
Trixie: Not as long as he's doin' all his thinkin' with his kissy face.
Gramps: Heard that. (edit) Spud: Save you from the jealous clutches of the secretly evil eye-patched twin who faked his own death to steal you away during carnival season. (Crowd is silent) Yeah all my romantic research comes from Brazilian Soap Operas. (edit) Jake: Don't you people believe in love at first sight?
Fu Dog: At least 6 times a day (edit)

The girl from the kissing booth in "Half Baked" can be seen in the audience at the bachelor auction.
(edit)
The suit Jake wears is the same as the one he wore in "Homecoming" and "The Love Cruise", except in those episodes his bow tie was purple, and in this episode it is black.
(edit)
During the auction, we see Lacey sitting in the audience wearing her casual clothes that she also wore in Bring It On. But later, we see her with the rest of the school cheer squad in her uniform.
(edit)
When Vicky picked up her necklace after Danica threw it to the ground, her glove is missing, but when she puts it back on, the glove is back on
(edit)
Credits: Fu Dog show an embarrassing moment of Jake trying to apologize to Danica with a song, and then Jake tries to take the book from him.
(edit)
This episode is like "Ski Trip" in many ways; Jake starts to get close to a girl, Trixie and Spud don't trust her, and when evidence that the girl is Jake's mortal enemy is presented, he denies it.
(edit)
Jake saying "Public enemy number fun" is a pun on "Public enemy number one".
(edit)
Siren Says is a pun on "Simon Says"
(edit)
The way that Danica hypnotizes Jake with her siren is the same way that Odysessus was hypnotized in The Odysey.
(edit)
The girl Jake dates bears strong resemblance to the girl who glared him in Supernatural Tuesday.
