When Rotwood is giving his speech, if you looks closely at the crowd, you can see Rose's parents.
(edit)
This is the first time Rotwood gets fired

Principal Brock is the third person (that we know of to be principal of Millard Filmore Middle School. All the people (in chronological order) that we know have been principal are:
1. Principal Derceto (Old School Training (presumably)-Something Fishy This Way Comes)
2. Principal Rotwood (Something Fishy This Way Comes-The Rotwood Files)
3. Principal Brock (The Rotwood Files)
4. Principal Rotwood (again) (The Rotwood Files-present) (edit) This was the eleventh episode of season two to air in the UK, on 18th January, 2007. (edit) Stacy apparently thinks sensitive guys are hot. (edit)

Trixie: Yo Jakey Jake. What's good baby? I'm takin' Spud onion shoppin, wanna (Gets a site of Rotwood in Jake's basement) WHAT THE WHO!!?
Spud: Ahh!! Another basement critter!! (edit) Fu: You got one principal fired kid. Time to get workin' on the sequel! (edit) Brock: Infestation in the basement. If only Rotwood spent more time keeping this place tidy, and less time desecrating wooden statues. (edit) Brock: Let's cut to the cream cheese!
Jake: (confused) Excuse me?
Brock: I'm not here to launch burgers and wipe snotty little noses. I came to do what that Bavarian bozo Rotwood couldn't.
Jake: Give a speech? (edit) Jake: I have two words Trix, awwww...yeah! (edit)

When Rotwood is digging through the trash, Jake mentions Brock's name, and Rotwood's monocal falls off. After the flashback, it's back over his eye.
(edit)
Now that Rotwood Knows that Jake is a dragon, wouldn't you think that Gramps eventually have given Jake the potion that makes Humans forget everthything magical? Like in "Professor Rotwood's Thesis"?
Reply: Maybe Jake and Gramps fear what could happen if Rotwood catches any of them trying to put the potion in something for him to drink. (edit)

Toward the end of the show, one of the posters looks like it has an Apple Ipod Nano on it.
