I really don't understand how it was different from the others. They said something about it being a 1st in Top Model history.

I somehow missed that comment when I watched the show.... but I don't see anything special or different, and to be honest, I liked her hair better before they redid it. I hope someone comes along and explains it to us.

I think they said it was a 1st because maybe it's the first time that a white girl got a full head weave?

Nope they've done that before (Britney) and it didn't ended well. I thought it was just said to scare her and leave us in suspense.

That's what I didn't get - didn't Cycle 8 Brittany get the same hair? And it did not end well - I remember she just had a giant knot at the back of her head!

Why don't they take care of the girls' hair? I hate it that they don't do a touch-up before going abroad - why dye a brunette's hair platinum blond and let the dark roots show after a few weeks? And some of the girls don't know how to take care of a weave - why not TEACH THEM so they look like models instead of ragamuffins?

I agree! The only time the hair isn't neglected is when they have photoshoots and that's because they have hair stylists taming the hair.

im pretty sure they said it was a first because it was a complete texture-change weave on a white girl... not sure tho
