From TopModelGossip.com:

Here is an interview with Dominique, and she even came off likable! She still sounded a little full of herself, but I think I'd be calling bull if she didn't. She was very honest from what I can tell, and didn't play the "I only looked like a brat because of editting!" card that other contestants have used. She also talked about the "racist" comment about Whitney, her bad panel outfits, and her diva attitude. A few highlights are below.

Did photographing Paulina help you as a model?

Oh definitely. When I was on the other side of the camera, I found that it's a lot of work. Just as hards as it is to be model. The most important thing I learned from that was how important it was for the model and the photographer to connect. You need to do that in order to get the shot you need. Obviously I have a lot to learn because I'm a terrible of photographer! It's important to be well-rounded in this industry and know what it's like to be a photographer.

What are the strengths and weaknesses of the final three contestants?

They are all so great. Whitney, for her to win, it would be really big. We've never had a plus-sized girl go this far and it would be amazing to see her win it, if only for that reason. Anya has a natural ability to pose and she does it really well. She also looks exotic and can bring a different look to the modeling world. Fatima is exotic and beautiful and can pose. As for weaknesses, all three girls need to work on their walks. Tyra is missing out on one fierce runway without me or Katarzyna. We were definitely the strongest walkers in the house. But these three, they need work. This walk-off is going to be so entertaining! Whoa, that was really mean! (laughs) But it's definitely the weakest trait in all three.

How did you feel about the judges picking on your outfits during panel?

My orange outfit as awful. What was I thinking? Honestly, I ran out of clean clothes and just threw clothes on. We're overseas, we're insanely busy with the competition, we don't have time for laundry! But leaving the house I didn't think it looked that bad. Then when I saw it on tv! I was like "oh my god I look awful!" Everyone has permission to critique my outfits, they were hideous.

I voted no. It sounds like the same Dominique to me. She even said that though things did get left out (which i do believe her about b/c these shows edit footage for more drama) she thought it was a pretty accurate portrayl of her. That only confirms it for me...

Love her or hate her, Dominique certainly made things interesting on this cycle of America's Next Top Model. She came in to the competition as the underdog, with the judges and her fellow models dismissing her as someone who couldn't cut it in the industry. Yet, Dominique was convinced that she could make it and, time and time again, prevailed over the other girls in the competition. She listened to direction and pushed herself to improve. Dominique made it all the way to the final four before being cut on last night's episode. Today, she talked to BuddyTV in an exclusive interview.

Have you always wanted to become a model?

Oh my God, ever since I was old enough to watch tv. It's always been in me!

Did you watch previous cycles of America's Next Top Model? Have you followed the show over the years?

I've been watching Top Model since the 1st cycle. I just kept telling myself that I could do it. I tried out like, 5 times before I made it. I really thought cycle 9 was it for me and I never got there. Cycle 10 actually called me and asked me to try out again. I was really ready for it.

You're quite a character this season. Do you like the way you're being portrayed? You're showing up all over television, like on The Soup and Best Week Ever.

I think I'm funny and I think it's entertaining. It is pretty accurate! I'm really grounded with myself.

What was it about the other girls that made you clash with them?

I mean, and you have to agree, with this cycle, everybody has strong personalities. Of course, there are going to be times where we clash. At the end of the day, though, it was a priceless experience with these 14 girls. Not any other 14 girls, these 14 girls.

There have been a few surprising eliminations this cycle. Were there any that shocked you?

I was really disappointed to see Claire go home when she did.

Do you think that you had the weakest photo on last night's episode and, therefore, deserved to go home?

If you really listened, all the girls dropped the ball. I guess it really wasn't mean to be but just because I'm not America's Next Top Model doesn't mean I'm not going to be successful in the modeling industry.

So you'll keep pursuing this?

As far as modeling, definitely! I want to try acting, do some correspondence work, and I want my own fashion line. You know, whatever you're passionate about, do it. I'm proud of myself for making it as far as I did. I mean, final four!

Well, I just wanted to thank you so much for your time. Good luck, Dominique!

Thank you.

No, I still intensily dislike her ("hate" is just too strong). Dominique is now in my hall of fame with Saleisha and Jade as the worst contestants ever.

some of her answers seem non-commital

"who do you want to see win"
I can't answer that I was just eliminated, we'll see next week"

--um that wasn't the question. The question was of the three girls left who are you rooting for to win. If none then just say "honestly I dont think any of them deserve to win"...

I dont get why people keep trying out-- i mean this isn't survivor or the amazing race.

I love how so many from Top Model after elimination talk about wanting to start a fashion line when none of them ever really had any interest in designing fashion except Melrose.

I'm curious if she realizes she made the final four for dramatic purposes only and not modelling ability because there is no way she deserves to be F4

i'm also surprised she not once talked about her kid... I mean even throughout the season she only briefly mentioned she had a kid when she was angry that she didn't get to use the phone and she deserved to use the phone more because oh my word she has a CHILD

SHE HAS A KID?!?!?! Um, wow, just wow. She never mentioned it, but I didn't really watch the first episode... But you'd think she would have mentioned the kid... I am just blown away. I remember Natasha not making a big deal about her kid and using it to gain sympathy like Renee, but the kid would come up when she talked about home or who she missed.

she is still a annoying, man looking, witch. I don't think she will have a career. If she does it will not go far. She needs a makeover and she looks old. I dont think many will book her.

Where have you been? Dominique mentioned her child and leaving her child's abusive father many times in the beginning. She wanted to show her little girl(I believe it's a girl) that she is worth something and she said she had to start with herself. That's why I think she looks old. All of the stress and physical abuse that she went through would take a toll on one's overall mental and physical. That may also be why she keeps reassuring herself no matter what..

I'm also glad that she didn't harp on the child. Some of those mothers made it seem like they were trying to get sympathy for being a mom by ALWAYS mentioning their off springs and how much they want to do this for them.

She seems pretty likable in the interview. I've always been somewhat partial to her because she had a good walk and she had a pretty good attitude. However, I think on the show she could have been a little more humble about it... and perhaps less self-absorbed. I think she looked better with the darker hair than the blonde. The shade of blonde she got just blended in with her already dark skin. Also, the longer hair softens her features.

Oh well. What's done is done. I saw that interview clip, by the way.
