Who do you think is the most famous person who didn't win from ANTM? I'm only listing models with Wikipedia pages (sorry Melrose fans!) and only some of the models' credits, and trying to pick the most recognizable/prestigious ones.

Elyse Sewell from Cycle 1 has done really high fashion and commercial ads, including Motorola, Vidal Sassoon, Fendi and Chanel and been in magazines like Esquire and Stuff. She's signed with Wilhelmina Models (you can read/see what she's doing at http://elysesewell.livejournal.com/).

YaYa DaCosta (Cycle 2) is a Ford Model who has been in ads for Sephora and Target, and commercials for Radioshack and Garnier Fructis. She was also a star in the Antonio Banderas movie "Take The Lead."

Toccara Jones (Cycle 3)  is also with Wilhelmina Models (she's been in New York and Company and Target ads) and she was on the cover of King in spring 2006. She's also a fashion correspondent for BET, and appeared as a contestant on the VH1 show Celebrity Fit Club.

Kim Stolz from Cycle 5 is with Elite Model Managment, and been in ads for American Eagle Outfitters and Nordstrom's. She's also a correspondent for mtvU, and been profiled by the LA Times (http://www.latimes.com/entertainment/news/la-ca-mtvu13aug13,1,746428.story?coll=la-headlines-entnews). She's also modeled for and appeared at many GLBT events.

Joanie Dodds (Cycle 6) is a Ford Model and has been in GQ and ElleGirl magazines. She's been in a commercial for Pepsi, and was a guest on the VH1 show Best Week Ever!. 

I think Elyse (cycle 1) has been the most successful. 

Wasn't April (from cycle 2) signed right away by a big company?  And I think Ann (from cycle 3) was too?  I'm surprised Shandi (cycle 2) hasn't been more successful, she was great!  I know that Mercedes (cycle 2) became a spokeperson from Lupus.  Adrianne (cycle 1) is pretty famous, but not for modelling - for reality tv and marrying a Brady.  Katie (cycle 1) is a briefcase model on Deal or No Deal. 

I think that Elyse (cycle 1), Kahlen (cycle 4), Joanie (cycle 6), and Melrose (cycle 7) should have won their seasons, but I also liked Shandi, Mercedes (cycle 2), Brittany, Rebecca (cycle 4), Sara (cycle 6), and the twins, Amanda and Michelle (cycle 7).

Yaya is the runner-up from Cycle 3, not 2.

I think Tocorra is pretty famous because I always see her at random places on the style network, tyra, celebrity fit club etc.

wow, i didnt even know these girls had that much success. I havent seen them in anything, but i guess i dont look at magazine adds that much. Maybe I should start. I did see Tacara on VH1's celeberty fit club and I did see Joanie on Best week ever. I'll vote for Joanie

I think Tocarra is the most famous, I see her a lot on T.V. she was also a model for Ashley Stewart!

i think elyse is. she is famous & lives in another country! which is funny b/c she said she would be a doctor. but haha.

There were only five spots for names. Also, only CariDee has a Wikipedia page. Brittany and Kahlen are the only two that have pages from Cycle 4, and Kahlen's is redirected to the ANTM Cycle 4 page, while Brittany's didn't really boasted the variety of credits the other girls did.
