In the fight just after Dylan has descended from the Tower, he and Rox Nava are doing a stunt where they stand back to back and Dylan pulls her over his back - the same stunt is done by him (Sorbo) and Iolaos, back on Hercules: The Legendary Journeys. (edit) Rox Nava: Usually I'm not such a sucker for a man with so much muscle.
Dylan: Actually I'm not as big as I used to be.

This is a reference to the fact that Kevin Sorbo has lost quite an amount of weight since finishing his role as Hercules. (edit) Rapunzel:
