Rasputin has been hypnotizing Russian Czar Nicholas II for a number of years. Unfortunately, he has a toothache and needs a dentist. The Warners arrive and pull out all of Rasputin's teeth. Without his teeth, he can no longer hypnotize the Czar and is quickly fired.

(Yakko puts string around the tooth and he, Wakko and Dot grab the string to pull)
Yakko: On the count of "three", pull. Four! (edit) Yakko: We're gonna have to deaden the pain with a little Anastasia.
(Anastasia runs over and hits Rasputin over the head with a giant mallet)
Dot: (to audience) Obscure joke. Talk to your parents. (edit) Yakko: We're gonna have to deaden the pain with a little Anastasia.
