  Pavlov was famous for developing classic conditioning. The experiement began with dogs that would be given food powder on their tongue (causing them to salivate) when a bell was sounded. Eventually, the dogs began to salivate to the sound of the bell alone. In this episode, the experiment is parodied by having Pinky & Brain dance & sing when they hear a gong or a bell. [edit]
