The animated series, I really liked that one when it came out. I sometimes catch a glimpse of it on the web.

I really enjoyed the anime version. Wolverine and the X-Men is a close second.

the animated series. it was structured much like a regular drama with on going story lines and character development. around that time on Batman the animated series was doing that. plus it was simply more awesome.

IMHO, Wolverine And The X-Men is the best animated series on NickToons featuring Marvel's famous superhero group. Fox's X-Men: The Animated Series is the 2nd best. Cool

    1 Wolverine and the X-men.
    2 X-men Evolution.
    As I haven't seen X-men Anime I can't say what it's like.
X-men seen it but wasn't a big fan,was reading the comic at the same time so it was a hit or miss.

I really liked X-Men: TAS because of its story and interpretation of the characters. I've only seen six episodes of Wolverine and the X-Men so I can't really comment that much on its yet. But I do like what I am seeing. The anime from 2011 isn't bad either although I mostly like it because of its amazing animation. It blew me away when I wathced the first episode. Aside from Scott and the ladies having big boobs, that is how X-Men should be animated.
