In her fourth attempt to rekindle her TV magic, Mary Tyler Moore plays a widow with a son that remarries. Her new husband Nick (Dennis Arndt) is a widower with two children of his own. A young Adrien Brody plays her stepson Lenny 14 years before his academy award winning performance in The Pianist. The few episodes that aired dealt with everyone’s adjustments to the new living situation.
