While attending Marquette University on the Liberace Foundation Scholarship for Performance, Anthony Starke won a screen role for the CBS Movie of the Week, First Steps, playing quadriplegic teenager Dean Conroy. His first feature film was Nothing in Common with Jackie Gleason and Tom Hanks, playing the part of Cameron.
At Marquette, Anthony worked with the Pabst Theatre and the Wisconsin Shakespeare Company, appearing in a range of plays spanning classic, modern and musical. After graduating with a B.A. in Theatre Arts and Spanish Literature, Anthony took up acting full time; television and film roles were quick to follow.
Anthony has proven himself to be a versatile and varied actor, appearing as principal and guest characters in many of America's favorite drama and comedy shows, as well as continuing to appear on the stage.
