Antony Hamilton: Biography

Tony Hamilton was adopted by an Australian RAF-hero and his wife soon after birth. While he was born in England he grew up on a sheep farm in Australia.

He began his career as a professional ballet dancer. While touring with the Australian Ballet he was "discovered" by a fashion photographer. Soon after he left the ballet and moved to the USA to pursue a career as a model. While he was modelling he began to take acting lessons.

His first big break as an actor came in 1984 with the series Cover-Up. He was best known for his role of Max Harte in Mission: Impossible (1988).
