Young M.E.: No, I wish I had a nanny like that movie we saw, Mary Poppins, everything she did was magical. Even taking medicine was fun. (edit) (Rene offers M.E. a dollar to buy her mother a present)
Young M.E.: I already owe fifty cents to Colliar for fireworks and a dollar to Tully for a baseball bat, and three dollars to Teresa for the three times she caught you in the house.
Young Rene: Maybe I should stop coming over then.
Young M.E.: No, it's allright, she promised not to talk if I paid her. (edit) M.E.: (about Davis' friend) I wish I could just keep him myself.
Rene: He's not a puppy, M.E. (edit)
