Turk-E-Tron states he is actually the Cybernetic Ghost from the earlier episode Cybernetic Ghost Of Christmas Past From The Future.
(edit)
The objects Meatwad pulls out of his head are: His 'To Do' list, the Jiggle Billy doll from Dumber Dolls, and his (dead) pet squirrel Squirrely from Balloonenstein.
(edit)
Opener - You see a decapitated Space Ghost lying on his stomach on the ground with blood spraying out of the head socket, while Dr. Weird puts on Space Ghost's head with Seth Green looking onward shown on the Space Ghost guest screen. This is a clever crossover of another [adult swim] show, Space Ghost: Coast to Coast.
(edit)
Carl: (Sniffs the air) Whatta ya got over there? It smells ... edible.
(edit)
(Frylock mentions Carl in the grace prayer) Carl: Hey, don't rope me into this! The Lord does not need to know I'm here!
(edit)
Shake: Let me get this straight... Carl... next door Carl, is a giant mutant chicken from the future?
(edit)
Carl: It's your great great great great great great...
(about 1000 robot turkeys point weapons at him)
Carl: Your mother.
(the turkeys shoot) (edit) Turk-E-Tron: Is that a time rift?
Frylock: No. It's a curtain (edit)

In one scene, Shake eats one of the turkey legs but a few scenes later the leg is back on the turkey.
(edit)
How did Carl get his hands ont he drumstick he's eating at the end? Shake ate one, and Turkatron took the rest of the bird.
(edit)
Carl gets his head cut open when he's thrown through the glass. But at the end of the episode, no scars, no bandages, no nothing. He looks fine.
(edit)
Meatwad: Bird is the word
A reference to the song "Surfin' Bird (Bird is the Word)" by The Trashmen (edit) Turkitron's story that he has arrived from the year 9595 to protect the ancestor of Goblox, who is destined to lead the rebellion against "Master Chickens," echoes the plot of the Terminator trilogy, where a robot is sent back in time from the future to assassinate (and later, after being reprogammed by the humans, protect) the mother of the man destined to lead the human rebellion against their robot masters. (edit) Dr. Weird: There can be only one!
A quick and funny reference to the movie Highlander. Shake made this exact reference in the past episode Dumber Dolls. (edit)
