Chris is obsessed with death. His brother tries to get him to snap out of it by locking him in a hearse and turning up the radio full blast. The radio goes right to 109.1. When Chris goes to the station, DJ Roy mistakes him for a dead man, and sends him to the afterlife.

Roy: Boy, if I had a dime for every time somebody tried to weasel out of dead....it would actually do me no good at all because I'm dead. What do I need money for? What am I gonna do, I'm dead! What am I gonna do, buy gum?
Chris: But you're making a mistake!
Roy: I don't make mistakes, buddy boy! WHEN I WAS ALIVE, I WORKED FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES!! (edit) Roy: Can't you read?!? 'Don't knock on the door!' Goof: After Chris gets thrown out of the after life, just a split second before the doors close, you can see a crew member's shoe running on the other side.
