    I'm trying to see a users submitted episode but when ever try to it says User Submission Redirect and "You have been redirected because you did not have the permissions to access this specific submission form." is this a glitch or what?

    If it's for a new episode summary, and you're seeing the episode title instead of the show title in your submission queue, then it's a long-running glitch, yes. It should clear within the next 30 minutes to 4 hours and then you can moderate it.
