    Hi I added that Sada Thompson had died I put in her death date and cause of death but I had a message that submission was not accepted how come? Also what does it mean when it says please find the source for this information and resubmit with the exact URL? Thank-You.

    Your second sentence answers your first question. Presumably you are getting the information from a magazine, news article, or URL. You would need to provide the source that you are getting it from in Comments, including the exact URL if that's what you're using.

    People don't often seem to read the instructions above Comments on any particular submission field, but here's what they say:

    Enter any comments you have regarding the change you are submitting. These comments are mandatory, and will help our moderators process your submission.

    What comments did you provide, and how would they help the moderator process your submission?

    Also, it never hurts to provide more sources than just one.
