Perhaps one episode could feature similar events to Spider-Man 3 and the black suit saga.

Betty and Penelope are now part of Moose Jaw Heights Junior High School's newspaper, and both are instantly in competition for a editor position. However, Betty is called away by Admiral DeGill on a mission to stop Maximus...again. After a fierce battle, Betty's bracelet is destroyed and she needs to get a replacement from HQ. Problem is, she goes into the wrong room and instead finds a black, organic-looking bracelet that attaches to her and changes her appearance and abilities. At first, she likes what power this new "bracelet" offers when she is able to take down several criminals quickly as well as multitask on Earth like never before. However, all of her friends are noticing a change in her behavior...

Meanwhile, Penelope has written material as well as snapped photos for the school paper's gossip column about all of Betty's friends. She is within a hair of becoming an editor, but at the last second, an incensed Betty slams Principal Peterson with a copy of Penelope's photos, highlighting abnormalities and revealing that they were doctored all along. Peterson fires Penelope and gives Betty the job of editor.

Down the road, Betty's new merciless attitude towards intergalactic criminals, skimpy and provocative style of dress, and outbursts that scare all of her friends and family shock her into realizing what kind of price she has paid for her power, especially after striking Noah during a schoolyard fight with Penelope.

While at a church to think deeply about what she has done, Betty attempts to rip the bracelet off, only to find it has intertwined itselfwith her body. Just when all hope is lost, the church bell tolls 10 o'clock. The suit and bracelet squeal and weaken their grip on Betty, so she climbs up the bell tower and gets closer to the deadly sound until the suita nd bracelet slip off her and slide away from the church bell.

Angered by and weakened from the separation, the living bracelet escapes the church to seek out another host. In a turn of events, it find Penelope, freezing in the cold weather and cursing Betty...

You'll have to guess the rest, but here's a good idea of whatBetty would look like in such an episode.

Penelope notices the black bracelet outside the church and her curiosity gets the better of her and she tries it on. Almost instantly, her entire body is consumed by the black suit and it takes over her will power as well. The new black Penelope uses the bracelet to teleport herself to Maximus' citadel. At first, Maximus is horrified at the sight of the black girl, but then she tells him about how they both have one thing in common; they both hate Atomic Betty. So they both agree to work together to destroy her.

Back at Galactic Guardian HQ, Betty tells Admiral Degill the whole story about the black suit. Degill understands and tells Betty that the bracelet once belonged to an evil alien that called herself "The Reaper". Degill then explains that when The Reaper was destroyed, a piece of her skin absorbed itself into the bracelet and anyone who worn it would become possessed by the soul of the Reaper.

Degill then gets a distress call from Sparky and X-5, who are being held captive by Maximus. Betty goes to the citadel and finds Sparky and X-5 tied up. Before Betty can get to them, a weird black creature appears in front of her. Betty sees that the creature has a black poneytail and she's shocked to realize that it's Penelope. Betty tries to tell Penelope that the suit is controlling her, but she lundges at Betty at knocks her down with a close fist. Betty gives the creature a kick in the chest, but the suit consumes her foot and sends her flying. Betty hits a huge metal pole that makes a big booming sound. She notices the creature hollering in pain when it happens and she remembers that when she had the suit on, it did the same thing when it heard the huge bell ring. Betty realizes that the creature hates sound, so she grabs the metal pole and bangs it against the ground over and over agian. The creature lets out more and more cries of pain. Betty then unties Sparky and X-5 and they all notice that the black suit was starting to remove itself from Penelope. X-5 then extends his arm and grabs Penelope away from it. Betty then takes out a small gun from her bracelet that shoots out a huge net and traps the suit. The other guardians come that take the black suit away. Penelope is out cold from her encounter with it and Betty and her crew rush her back to Earth and Betty takes her to a hospital.

The next day at school, Penelope is out of the hospital and can't remember anything at all. Betty is glad that her secret is still safe and that Penelope is back to her normal cranky self.

This idea envolves the character I made up, The Cosmic Jester.

Betty and her crew are in a fight with the Jester who then flees the scene after getting hurt. Betty and her crew leave, but Betty drops something on the ground. The Jester comes back to see if his attackers are gone and he notices what Betty dropped, a BATMAN comic book.

The Jester picks it up and takes the comic back to his hideout. He reads it and is amazed by the one villian in the comic known as The Joker. He wished that he could meet him and hope that he can help him get rid of Betty. Then the Jester hears on the TV that the galactic guardains have retreved an evil spell book and Atomic Roger who's on TV with the book reads out loud one spell that can bring things to life.

The following day, The Jester steals the spell book from HQ and Degill calls Betty to help. Betty and her crew meet The Jester in an old adandoned candy factory where here he explains that the stole the book to bring to life a certain friend of his. He then reveles his new partner in crime and Betty is shocked to see that it's The Joker. They start to fight with the Joker coming near Sparky, who gets terrified by the sight of him. Betty tries to help but the Joker grabs her and he and the Jester leave the factory laughing.

X-5 goes to Spakry and asks him why he was so scared of The Joker. Sparky then explains that he's deathly afraid of clowns. Sparky then tells X-5 not to worry about him because they had to rescue Betty. X-5 then says that during the fight, he put a homing device on The Jester. So he and Spakry go off to find them.

Back at The Jester's hideout, Betty is stapped to a table with her boots off and a weird device near her feet. The Jester and Joker explain that they're going to get rid of Betty by literally making her die laughing. Jester then presses a button on the deivice and huge feathers pop out of it and start to tickle Betty's feet. Betty laughs hysteracally as the two wait for her to be tickled to death.

Just then, Sparky and X-5 burst into the hideout. The Joker goes right to Sparky, who gets terrified again by the Joker's insane look and scary laugh. While this happens, X-5 destroy's the tickle machine and unties Betty to the table who gets into a huge fight with The Jester. After the fight, Betty slaps a pair of handcuffs onto The Jester and sees Sparky trying to fight The Joker but isn't haveing much luck. Betty gets an idea, she sneaks up behind the Joker and rips off his belt, causing his pants to fall down. When Sparky sees this, he bursts out laughing. The Joker tells Sparky to stop laughing. While he saying this, X-5 grabs the spell book and says a reversial spell that sucks The Joker back into his comic book. After The Joker is gone, Betty and her crew send The Jester to jail.
