Audrey Marie Anderson, born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, is an American model-turned-actress most known for her role as Kim Brown on CBS' The Unit. After attending secondary school at R.L. Paschal High School in Fort Worth, Texas, Audrey turned to modeling and signed up with Premier Model Management. As a model in the '90s, she appeared in fashion magazines and endorsed several products through print advertisements and catalogs.
Her television debut came in the form of a brief cameo appearance in a 1994 episode of Beverly Hills, 90210. She followed that up with a guest performance on Law & Order, playing the role of Mrs. Barnett in 1995. It wasn't until 2000 that Anderson would grace the small screen when she landed the recurring role of Carla Aldrich, the girlfriend of Shane West's character on the ABC family drama Once and Again. On the show, she got the chance to work with the likes of Evan Rachel Wood and Sela Ward.
In the next five years, Audrey made multiple guest appearances on primetime shows such as Going to California (2001-2002), Providence (2002), Still Life (2003-2004), and Point Pleasant (2005-2006). She also did a few movies including Moonlight Mile (2002), Larceny (2004), and Drop Dead Sexy (2005). In 2006, CBS tapped Anderson to portray the character of Kim Brown on the action-drama The Unit after the show's pilot was shot. In the series, Audrey played the wife of Sergeant First Bob Brown (Scott Foley), a new recruit of the covert military unit, and also worked as a part-time radio disc jockey.
