With regard to the Hour of Scampering, producer J. Michael Straczynski has said that "The Hour of Scampering is usually around tea-time, according to the Vorlon/Human Translation Dictionary." To the question of how do Vorlon scamper, he replied "The Vorlons do not scamper terribly well, but no one has yet told them this."
(edit)
According to JMS, the role of Abbut was originally written for Gilbert Gottfried. However, he was unavailable, and the job went to Cosie Costa.
(edit)
Garibaldi: Hell of an irony don't you think? We find a reason to keep Jha'dur alive and the Vorlons smoke her for the same reason.
(edit)
Garibaldi: Ambassador Kosh has been a busy boy today.
Sinclair: They say God works in mysterious ways.
Garibaldi: Maybe so, but he's a con man compared to the Vorlon. (edit) Jha'Dur (speaking of immortality): You will fall upon one another like wolves. It will make what we did pale by comparison. The billions who live forever will be a monument to my work, and the billions who are murdered to buy that immortality will be the continuance of my work. Not like us? You will become us. That's my monument. (edit) G'Kar: The Narn Regime is noted for its keen sense of justice. (edit) Kosh: You seek meaning?
Talia: Yes.
Kosh: Then listen to the music, not the song. (edit)

Continuity: When the Minbari Shuttle carrying Deathwalker is leaving in the end, you can see Sinclair and the council looking at a screen showing that the jumpgate is opening in front of the shuttle. Then you see the shuttle from the outside but the jumpgate isn't open yet.
(edit)
Kosh: Understanding is a three-edged sword.
According to J. Michael Straczynski, the three edges are "your side, my side, and the truth in between." (edit)
