Ahh, yes! I remember it well. Mira Furlan's delivery of these lines was so forceful, impeccable and impressive, that it resounded for a long time. I was working in a brokerage at the time, and for weeks after this episode aired, my scifi geek friends and I went around using the '…be somewhere else.' line at every possible opportunity!
However, I'm generally not so much into the big gun posturing, so *my* favorite line is delivered in 'Babylon Squared' by my favorite character, Zathras in this exchange with Major Krantz, the harried and confused commander of Babylon 4:
Major Krantz: So without this time stabilizer, what happens to you when it jumps?
Zathras: Zathras Die. But, Zathras die for cause. Maybe…stop Great War. Maybe Zathras great hero. Maybe build statue to Zathras, and others come, remember Zathras.

Wacky fun! But my all-time favorite is still G'Kar's monologue at the end of season 3.
