Very difficult one but it's between G'Kar and Londo. They were really the central duo of the piece.

Londo, his character's story all the way through was great.
Kosh was just cool, but alas wasn't that main of a character (main as in total air time, not main as in involved in everything).

You cant seperate Ham and Eggs or Fish and Chips. Londo and G'Kar. Both made the other a better character.
