In the dream scene with Londo and Sheridan, Sheridan goes from wearing an Earthforce uniform to a white shirt to his rebirth uniform then a ranger uniform, and finally a white robe. (edit)

Vir: Prophecy is a guess that comes true. When it doesn't, it's a metaphor. You could put a gun to your head tomorrow and pull the trigger, and then the dream is just a dream, and the prophecy is just a metaphor, and so are you. You're out of time, Londo. Turn around. At the beginning, when Vir is taking Zack further away to talk to him, Londo opens the case and takes out a bottle of Brivari. He immediately sniffs it and takes a sip without even opening the bottle. (edit) When Londo is carted into the medlab., Franklin says, he wants a "toxicology report." This is a common mistake, since it should be toxicology. The term toxicology refers to archery and the study of the bow. (edit) When Steven explains Londo's condition to Sheridan, he says that Centauri have a "bipulmonary system." In medical terms, "pulmonary" refers to the lungs, not the heart. The word "bicardial" would've been better suited here. (edit) This episode was originally titled "The Very Long Night of Susan Ivanova," before Claudia Christian left the show. When she did, the episode was re-named and the script re-written to fit to Londo's perspective. (edit)

The impound bay in B5 where Londo's brevari is being held is "Impound Area 51."

"Area 51," as many may be well aware, is the secret facility in Nevada where the government supposedly hides "all" the alien artifacts it's collected in the last fifty-odd years. (edit) Vir is drinking a Shirley Temple in the bar. The drink is named after a woman who was a famous child star. However, a subtle reference may be that, as an adult, she became foreign ambassador for the United States. (edit) Sheridan: I hear you once had a dream about your own death.
Londo: Yes. And it's a strange thing because I always had the sense that you were going to be there. That part never made sense though.

This alludes to a scene that we see in War Without End Part 2 where Sheridan is imprisoned on Centauri Prime. Londo asks G'Kar to kill him to allow Sheridan and Delen to escape, thus fulfilling his dream and the sense that Sheridan would be there. (edit)
