This is the first appearance of Vincent Price as Egghead.

The Narrator calls Egghead "The World's Greatest Criminal Mind", a phrase which would later become the title and theme song for Vincent Price's character Ratigan in the 1986 animated Disney movie The Great Mouse Detective.
