When Bruce activates his Batman power-armor, the background music plays a variation on the original Batman: TAS theme.

(When Bruce sees Terry sealing the entrance)
Bruce: Still at it, huh?
Terry: She can huff and puff, all she wants but she ain't going to blow this place down. (edit) (Terry seals the entrance to the cave)
Bruce: Mind telling me what you're doing?
Terry: Sealing up the cracks. Making sure she can't ooze in.
Bruce: You really think she's coming here, don't you?
Terry: She was here before. She knows the way.
Bruce: Does she? It was dark that night. The Batmobile was going awfully fast. And there's the way you drive. (edit) Terry: You'd let a little thing like a heart problem stop you from being Batman? I don't believe it.
Bruce: Would I lie to you?
Terry: No. (pauses) But you hold things back! Lots of things! It's taken me -- what?! Six months just to get you to show me around the cave.
Bruce: That's because we've had lots of distractions, haven't we? (edit) Terry: What's this little toy do? (Taps the suit)
Bruce: Careful. It's an exo-suit. It amplifies effort and increases endurance.
Terry: And....?!
Bruce: When I tested it, it put too much strain in my heart. (edit)

Inque's transformation into Batman in the fighting scene is incomplete. She is missing the red, Batman symbol on the chest. It's odd that Bruce didn't immediately notice this inconsistency.
(edit)
When Inque is escaping from containment, the security guard named Harris speaks into his radio, and says that he is on the 6th floor. However, Inque's room number is 317, so presumably she should be on the 3rd floor.
(edit)
Aaron is very surprised when he finds out his boss was monitoring him with Inque. You'd think he could figure out that when you're incarcerating a shape-shifting industrial sabetour, you're going to occasionally peek in on her to make sure she's still held securely.
(edit)
To make her escape, Inque attaches herself to a police officer. In one shot, the cop is shown as a black man, but in the next, he is white.

Terry: She can huff and puff, all she wants...
This resembles the fairytale of, Three Little Pigs. The story dates back to the late 18th century, but became popular thanks to a 1933 Walt Disney animated cartoon. (edit) The Robot-Batman Suit
The robot suit that Batman wears has some resemblance to the Kingdom Come Batman suit. (edit)
